It's one of several ways POCA provides for Forum e-mails. As a digest, you 
don't get daily e-mails but a weekly collection. This is often more 
convenient for those working for a living as their sometimes-vital computers are not 
clogged wth non-business e-mails. Some like it, some don't but you can
