What I'm wondering is who will take Webber's seat?

Red Bull certainly has the chassis but will they promote from within or go for someone like Kimi?

It seems like their young driver program was created just for this situation...

Could?  but would he?  I say Kimi MIGHT outperform well, anyone.  
Whether he is so motivated is the question.
