[DeTomaso] Pantera project for sale on E-Bay

    Where did you measure the boost?  Just after the turbo(s), or in the intake manifold?  It sure looks restrictive.  Numbers I have seen for a modern 350 inch V8 with EFI and turbos are over 1,000 HP with 12 pound boost (gauge, not absolute).   
 
    Was the 22 pounds gauge or absolute pressure?

Yes, indeed.... Although it looks crude and some will tell you a draw
through or pull through system won't work well, I had a similar system on
my '79 Bronco for years.
I could get 22psi of boost if I wanted to... No waste gates, either.
I limited boost by restricting the exhaust.

I know, crude, crude, crude, but it worked!
