Oh dear.  You can try the double pin method first, that is drive the
regular pin in first and the drive a smaller pin into the regular pin.
 This is pretty common especially when it gets cold out and the oil is
thick.  If it still shears, and it might, you may have old valve seals
in your oil and honestly you should rebuild your engine to get them
all out.  Watch your oil pressure.  If the drive shaft for the pump
twists up and breaks, your car will run but no oil press.
