[DeTomaso] Question on MPG Port Plaes

Engine Gurus,

Back when I was swapping out headers, i bought the MPG port plates and
stuffers.  I added the stuffer to the exhaust when I added the headers, but
just wasn't ready to take the manifold off the engine. Well, they'be been
sitting around mocking me on my pegboard and I'm thinking why not try to
see if I can get quicker response out of the tired old original engine. I
plan to rebuild/replace it next year so I have little to lose. Sooner if I
happen to blow the old one up in the meantime.  I got nothing to lose.

Anybody got a good set of directions to make it easy for me?  Do I need to
replace a valley pan gasket? RTV? Reply to me off-line unless you think
there is interest to the board.
