I realize that I am older than dirt. 


And that I am fighting the losing battle to buy US made components
instead of the proven inferior products produced in China.  And I realize that Ford is a “Global “manufacturer
that sources components again globally. 


 But historically Motorcraft
replacement parts were US or North American manufactured.  This is not true any longer as I received via
Amazon a Motorcraft voltage regulator “Made in China”. 


Back it goes and I will scour the parts stores for an old
stock US manufactured part.
