Not quite a fair test. The Windsor was upgraded to a Clevor, gave it 408
CID 10:1 engine vs. the Cleveland 357 CID at 9.8:1 with a mild cam.

The 2V heads on the Cleveland ran 390 HP. On the 4V heads, 387 HP.
The Windsor got 468 HP with 502 ftlbs
