[DeTomaso] Interesting idea

I already have the Arduino controlling the Heaterbox. I am however using a
small chip to read or keep track of the wheel. The advantage is you can
adjust when the turn signal releases, there is no mechanical cam for it to
rock on and you can have it do things like shut off after a couple minutes
and control the flashers.
