It may not be just a choice between two quite different engines. An 
18-yr-old performance 351-C should be pleasant to drive on the street, while a 
634-bhp engine could be more than you really want, once the thrill of mucho 
power has worn thin. Three POCA members that I know have pulled their 600+ horse 
engines and replaced them with more mild builds that get better gas mileage 
and don't eat a set of rear tires every 6 months. One can't easily harness 
that much power in a Pantera on slick roads, and sideways in 3rd gear going 
to Sunday Brunch may spoil your lady's appetite. FWIW- J Deryke
