[DeTomaso] Ethanol "enriched" (diluted) fuel

I suggest that you find a station that sells 100% gas and do you own
experiment with this over several tank fulls and arrive at a real world
conclusion, that's what I did.

In addition to the cost about being the same, one could also look at the
additional negative affects of ethanol on your car.

I also liked the way the car performed better with 100% gas.
