[DeTomaso] Air conditioner belt replacement

Remove the passenger seat, the bulkhead cover, then the bulkhead
itself...there it is.

After you switch it out, drive a bit with just the bulkheqad cover on, let
it get hot and then retighten the belt

and button it back up.
