[DeTomaso] Advice (engine builders in dc/baltimore/frederick area?)

hi all!

hippo gnu ears!  :>)  2013 might be the year i finally get my car repainted and get the engine built, that i collected parts for - everything has been sitting for a few years.  :>/

with that said, who within a coupla hours of the dc/baltimore/frederick area would be a good prospect to build my engine, w/skills the likes of russ fulp or dave mclain?  i already have the parts...
