[DeTomaso] NPC: Daytona 500

Funny thing is, NASCAR changes rules so much to make money they lose
credibility. I have yet to figure why they don't create the rule that you
are allowed 50 ci more if your name is Dale or you have ovaries. That would
jack tje ratings.
