[DeTomaso] Amazing product

I spoke with the President of Griot's Garage about this stuff; he contacted the company and reports that the substance dries in a kind of translucent finish, so it isn't appropriate for car paint.  It also can eventually wash off.  Nevertheless, it might be very good for undercarriages or non-blinged engine bays (among other things).  The company told him they are working on a clear version that could be suitable for panted surfaces.
