[DeTomaso] Pan replacement

Access is available from the driver wheel well.  Clean shot.  All you 
need is a square plate with a predrilled hole for the trunion. Weld it 
on top of the existing bracket.  You get the idea, I 'm sure you could 
clean it up a bit.
