With the premiums for purported 'low mileage' I personally think these cars are selling into a tough and very narrow market.
 
I'm also not sure that 'low mileage' adds that much value unless there is a complete paper trail to establish to a discerning collector that it is true and even then it typically has to be attached to a car that is extremely original on all counts.
 
For a driver then both the mileage and price premium are a negative IMO.
