The more you apply, the easier it is to remove from the surface it is
applied to. You can build it up in successive layers. It does not lay down
smooth like a paint finish. Its more like the lid of an ice chest. The
clear is transparent, but it has the pebbly grain, and gets cloudier with
build up.
>From other threads some people have kept it on their cars for a year and
peeling it off revealed no problems with the paint finish.
However you must follow the directions carefully and start with a really
clean surface.

We will be testing it on the rocker panels, and leading edges on a 1000
mile backroads event in a couple months. Will post our results
