Yes. Low side is when the wheels slide out and the bike lays down on the inside side. (RH side goes down in a RH corner). 

High side is infinitely more dangerous. Bike initially slides, then tires catch and the bike catapults the rider high into the air. 

Look on YouTube under 'highside' and 'lowside' for tons of examples.
