[DeTomaso] NPC: Paul Walker Death

I was just watching the NBC national nightly news (out of New York) and
they reported that the car was doing 40 MPH as it entered a turn with a
15MPH speed limit. I saw pictures of the car and if it was doing 40 MPH the
driver was not only breaking the traffic laws he was also breaking the laws
of Physics.
