[DeTomaso] Original, low-milage red Pantera L re-sale?

The auction houses have various fine-print clauses that you and I might call dishonest whereby they can call cars sold for their statistics purposes that didn't really sell, or not at the price shown.

It was auctioned by Mecum in Sept, and >sold< …
 
Now it reappears with Mecum, in their Florida auction.
 
What is up with that ???
 
Anyone see this car in person?  Anyone Know the VIN?
 
With such low mileage, I believe the (registry) entries arethe same car, and not TWIN cars
with a couple of miles apart…
