[DeTomaso] Carbon Fiber Pantera Hood

It is angled as much as I could and still have room for brake booster and
such. The air through the radiator will already be slowed and turbulent
from the radiator so I am not sure it is a big deal. The conventional
mounting still has a convoluted path for the air to go through so I don't
think it will hurt me. At some point you do what you can and it is what it
is.
