[DeTomaso] NPC - POCA IT

(I've been hanging out on Facebook too long, as I was looking for the
"like" button for Will's comment).

But I think he's right. This format has existed since 96 or 97, and it's
proof of Darwinism... it survives because it works and people use it. Other
formats that don't find favor with people die off.
