[DeTomaso] NPC - jump starting a car

Charles,

Treating a battery well does not mean that it will not die.
You can't jump start it because it has sulfated or has an internal open which has caused too much resistance for proper volts to flow.
Jump starting a bad battery does not make a bad battery good. 
You have a bad battery.
