[DeTomaso] Headlights won`t go down again

I did that at a rest stop in Ohio on the 19th of March ( at night --- colder than He_ _ ! ! )  No heavy coat. I had to go inside several times to warm up hands. I had driven 60 miles or so on toll road without headlights --------- I tucked in behind a semi with just my park lights. I was very glad to reach the service area.

My 84 GT5 (#9321) does not.

The owner manual describes a procedure for manually lifting the lights 
which involves loosening an M6 screw and sliding the gear on the shaft 
so that it disengages the motor and then lift the lights into position 
and engaging the gear again. Seems fairly simple, although it will 
require a 10 mm wrench.
