[DeTomaso] Horn Maintenance

Our '72 Pantera doesn't have air horns, but seeing the way they're rigged 
on your later car with a wye connection, I'd try interchanging the hoses as a 
first step. If that doesn't at least get a squeek out of both, I'd remove 
the non-working one and start taking things off until you find something odd.
