We need to have a rule in force when  any of us sell our Pantera.....I've
had mine for 37.6 years and will never sell it.....so this applies to
everyone else.  This is the rule. A membership in POCA  WILL be part of the
sale. Owning a Pantera and not being a member of POCA just isn't right. It
should never happen. And that's the truth.
