Michael,

Great job! Like you, I keep a list of people who are looking for cars
locally here in Dallas and have helped a few buy one. (And sometimes sell.)
One of the best parts is when you need help getting a car looked at in a
different part of the country; people on the POCA email list forum are
always happy to help. Very cool!

One of the things I have learned is to judge whether the buyer is a
gearhead or not. Then make sure he gets an apropriate car for his skill
(and pocketbook) level.
