[DeTomaso] new Battery

I have used them since they came on the market, the secret to charging them
is low amps over a long period, like 2 amps for 48 hours.

I keep a Battery Tender on my toys when not at use at home, when traveling,
aside from removing the steering wheel, I also disconnect the battery
for both the slight drain and for security, while a routine thief might
figure out how to reconnect the battery, I seriously doubt that they carry
a steering wheel
and with the wheels locked at a full turn, it makes towing it off
problematic as well.
