Boyd,
While I'm sure some of the new dry cell batteries are great. If your battery is in the stock location and still mounted upright I think a top of the line traditional battery hooked to a battery tender is hard to beat. I got 10 years out of my last one.

I currently have an Optima "Red Top" battery that is 4 years old. It apparently has developed a bad cell. I was wondering what the consensus was on what is the "best" battery for use in the Pantera. My car is only used for a few months each year.
