[DeTomaso] Going to Phoenix

So the pilgrimage begins. It was announced in the year 54 of the DeTomaso
tribe that the Priest of DeTomaso's American tribe and his newly converted
Priestess were to wed, and thereby join together #1765 and #3960. Clearly an
occasion all true believers would seek to honor. So they came from near and
far. Some came by DeTomaso. Some came by bird, crossing the large waters
from the continent of DeTomaso's place of birth. Some came alone, most came
in pairs. Some joined in local tribes and rode together. The holiest of
ceremonies was carried out by the newly ordained minister and his
minister-pup. A proper feast was provided, including food and drink for
weary travelers, and also competitions where the DeTomaso skills were
tested. A spectacular event for a true DeTomaso follower.

Hi all,

 

If you're planning on going, be prepared for warm weather! I arrived
yesterday and am staying with my folks for a few days and it is HOT

 

Just came back from 4 hours driving around in their 52 MG-TD and it was
really almost too hot to drive in a car like that. My dad drove for the
first 2 hours and I drove for the second. interesting drive and I really
enjoyed it, but it is a completely different animal from a Pantera.. 

 

Waiting for jetlag to pass and hiding from the heat.. See everyone in a few
days
