Mezier block off plate for the 351C:
http://www.meziere.com/ps-840-808-wp123s.aspx

Then just pick any of their WP111 series pumps and off you go.

So Jack, YES THEY DO make a BOLT-ON solution to the 351C.

With that said, as Kirby pointed out, it's a bit too tall and probably
wouldn't fit behind the firewall. Also, the bolt-on units don't have
the same throughput capacity as some of the remote units.

The better solution is something like this:
You use the block off plate:
http://www.meziere.com/ps-840-808-wp123s.aspx

You attach some block adapters:
http://www.meziere.com/ps-1265-1233-wp8312anb.aspx

You pick a pump option, either something in-line or that might attach
directly to the radiator (requires different radiator than stock for a
Pantera):

http://www.meziere.com/ps-1136-1104-wp316u.aspx#

Use any adapters to hose lines as you might need:
http://www.meziere.com/displaycategory.aspx?id=244,323

You'll probably have to make up the hoses yourself or have them done
locally with the proper fittings; suggest 90* fittings at the front of
the engine so you use a flat firewall. Also suggest a remote mount
thermostat.

Yes, if I was putting one on my Pantera, I'd write it up.
