[DeTomaso] Looking for 4" wide vinyl tape...

aircraft spruce has helicopter / leading edge tape  in clear and black .
 i use it on my formula atlantic race car to protect the leading edges of the wings and  aero tunnels  fom rock/sand abrasion that is always tearing up the paint without the tape.

Hey!

Looking for that thick clear vinyl-ish tape that is used for the leading edges 
of fenders, hoods, etc, to keep down stone damage.     Not using it for exactly 
that purpose, but close.....

I figure a 4-5" wide by may be 4-10 ft should keep me busy.....!
