Freddy,

If there is power on the small red wire on the headlight door motor relay, and the lights are off, then that small red
wire may be on the wrong terminal on the headlight switch.  Actually, that small red wire should be crimped into
the same connector as the white wire at the headlight switch.  You can pull that small red wire from the relay, and
the headlight doors should close.  Key has to be on so that there is power on the red /black wire at the relay.
