[DeTomaso] Stock transmission speedo output

Here is a photo of the ID plate on my ZF:

If I understand Thomas correctly, the speedo output goes full circle 
-once- at the point the output shaft (half-shaft going to wheels) goes 
around twice.

Put more simply:
Speedo shaft 1 turn = Half-shaft 2 turns

Does that sound correct?
