[DeTomaso] The fate of the Miami Vice Testarossa-Pantera?

Dear Forum,

 

 

                       At breakfast the topic was cars and there was mention
that the 'Cuda of the old Nash Bridges TV show was coming up for auction.  I
was told that it was made to look like a Hemi  Cuda for the show whereas it
was not a hemi.

 

                      I mentioned that was much like the Testarossa on the
old Miami Vice TV show, which was actually a Pantera with nitrous and
suspension upgrades for the wham-bam driving stunts and rebodied to look
like a Testarossa.

 

                      Does anyone know its fate?   ...hmmm, does Chuck
Melton, the Registry sorcerer, know its VIN and perhaps its fate?
