[DeTomaso] Bleeding the cooling system

Two things:
- A hole in the flat plate of the thermostat to allow air to bleed through
- A draincock in the upper left of the radiator to bleed air out

And sometimes I will remove the thermostat cover and thermostat 
(typically when replacing the thermostat), and make sure the coolant 
level has reached there before butting it all back up.  Note this 
doesn't work so well if the back of the car is jacked up because it will 
trap air in the rear of the heads.

Next time I'll also be tapping the rear of the heads for draincocks, 
probably.
