We've discussed on the forum whether the lip should face out or in. I'm convinced it should face out, like my Longchamp, unlike the old rubber on my Pantera. But here's the question, is there a trick to replacing it, got new stuff from Wilkinson? Is it just pulled out and new pushed in, or is there some disassembly needed? Mikael
