Michael's initial list was pretty good.

I might swap wheels+tires for oil pan, cam/lifters, timing chain, fuel
pump - especially since you'll have the dist and intake off anyway.  You
really want to change the timing chain and oil pan before it strands you.

Plus, once you get the front the engine apart, a fuel pump replacement is
easy.

If you have money left, go for wheels+tires too.  It depends on the size
of your bonus.

Webers are really cool, but they take the mean sound out of the engine.
Lots more low end torque, though.
