[DeTomaso] good news?

I'd prefer that things stay status quo.

The new Mustang is a Mustang in name only.  Same thing for the new Camaro,
Challenger, Charger, etc.

If BMW buys DeTomaso, any new cars will be BMWs with the DeTomaso name.
After all, they're not going to hire Tom to do their designs.

On the flip side, it could shut down some of the vendors.  I don't mind
having to buy emblems from BMW, but there isn't enough market for BMW to
support us - not like our vendors do.

Either way, it doesn't really excite me one way or the other.
