[DeTomaso] New speed limits

I've driven that road several times going up to lake Travis, never had a problem.

Since it's a toll road, the big question to me would be the question 
of fines if you complete the circuit too quickly. i.e. they can tell 
how fast you ran the road by the toll ticket time enter vs. time exit. 
In some states (I think I've heard) they will cite you for speeding.
