[DeTomaso] New speed limits

This road has tolling zones, not entry/exits. There are roads in Oklahoma
with entry/exit booths - sorta like a parking lot. They show the elapsed
time, and I bet they give you a hard time if the elapsed time is too low.
But I don't think they hand out speeding tickets - even though they could.

All tolling zones CAN detect your speed. They have loops cut in the road,
and they compute your speed very accurately (by measuring the milliseconds
to cross the leading and trailing edges of a loop - and then simple math -
computed in feed-per-second). They have to know your speed to know when
to save your picture.

It would be SOO easy to hand out tickets to people that are speeding. All
of the equipment is already there. We even got the speed in the messages
from the lanes.

At any rate, this road has tolling zones. They detect the car (loops
again - but different loops). Once a vehicle is detected, it reads your
transponder, and charges your account.
