[DeTomaso] Dumb Techno Question: AC condensers

Last year, I bought a new condenser, interior fan blower motor,
evaporator, condenser fan shroud, with yellow condenser fan. The vendor
claimed that the evaporator was far superior to stock (more coils) and that
it would freeze me out. I'm skeptical living in Florida with unlimited
heat and humidity. The fit was not good. I had to fabricate brackets for
the condenser, adapt the blower motor to the heater box, and hack the
heater box to make the slightly larger evaporator fit, but it was all
doable. None of the mods are visible and the system lives up to the
vendor's promises. High fan setting pushes way more air than the stock fan
and the air is crisp.

The cabin of the Pantera, like many two seaters is small and cools rather
quickly when the sun is not pounding in on your legs and torso through the
windshield. Even then, though, your face gets cool air.
