[DeTomaso] gumball pantera needs headlight dash switch

Wilkinson tends to have these.

Be careful with them.  I've had several fall apart - new too.  One of
these days, I'll probably replace all of the flimsy dash switches with
something better.  But right now I just want to get my car back on the
road.
