[DeTomaso] Cable Shifter

+1, only I have a teflon sleeve instead of brass.

I think I adjusted the shifter in 2001 or 2002, and haven't had to touch 
it since, despite having pulled the engine and trans and later the trans 
only.

Once the turnbuckle and the spline joints are correctly aligned and 
properly tightened, it does not seem to be a problem.
