[DeTomaso] Bosch Flasher Replacement #2

The original 4 terminal Bosch Flasher Replacement Fix #2 in  the 
Panteraplace electrical diagrams blinks the turn indicator lamp in  the tach but the 
turn signals blink at 2X the normal rate.
 
A circuit diagram which blinks at the correct rate has been  uploaded at:

This circuit uses a commonly available flasher unit which will  blink all 
the lamps and indicator at the correct rate but will  not indicate burned out 
turn signal bulbs.
