TBH it should be quite easy to measure the unsprung weight - and it would be a helluva lot more accurate than deriving it.
Jack up the car, remove wheel. Remove shock absorber and disconnect swaybar. Replace wheel. Put scales under tire and lower the car down onto it just enough to take the weight of the assembly. Take reading.
Then, weigh the shocker and multiply by 0.6 (Difficult to say here as ratio of sprung to unsprung for moving parts is in the 0.5-0.7 region) and add to earlier reading = unsprung weight.
