Dear Michael,

I can do you one better. This is a true story and
available on the 'net.

In Oklahoma City, where I live, there is a well
known neurosurgeon with a longstanding taste for Ferraris and for
baseball. He has subsidized and coached a successful amateur athletic
high school boys team for years. "Butch" is also well known for being
a cranky, terse and acerbic character.

One evening a few years ago, the police and a
wrecker were called to sports car accident in the large parking lot of a
nearby large suburban mall. When they arrived they discovered not one
sports car, but TWO Ferraris crashed into each other in the parking lot.
The drivers and passengers of the Ferraris were all teen age boys from
Butch's baseball team. Investigation showed that the lads "weren't
racing", but rather both decided to "park in the same spot at the same
time" and accidentally impacted each other . Certainly, a plausible
story....... and it was discovered that Butch had a practice of
letting the lads drive his Ferraris as a perk and reward for baseball
diamond success.

As Butch surveyed the scene while the roll backs
gathered up the carnage of the parking accident, he lit a cigarette and
said: "It is gonna take a lot of home runs to make up for this."

                     True story.

                                   Warmest regards, Chuck Engles
