[DeTomaso] Relays, Fans, Ammeter, second thoughts and project expansion

Pushing the brake pedal will probably have the same effect. 

With MSD and similar ignitions, it may be the current flowing backwards through the alternator idiot lamp that keeps it running.

I had a similar ignition on an old Volvo in the 70:s, and it used so little power that the current through the idiot lamp kept it going.

Inserting a diode in the lamp circuit will fix that problem.
