I tried for three years to get the OK DOT to just tell me how any registrations 
began with THPN in the VIN.  No luck at all.

We have 45 PPOCA members here in DFW and we cover OK, MO, KS.
Interestingly, I'd estimate there are a good 100-125 right here in DFW. I
can name a bunch of em that just sit in people's garages that we never hear
from. Sure would be nice if we could somehow access the TEXAS DOT records.
