The Carter pump seems to be a stock replacement item, rather than a 'high 
performance' pump.

Jeg's doesn't list any quality pumps for the 351C either.

WTF????

I'm going to the SEMA show later this month--I will corner the Holley, Mr. 
Gasket etc. reps and see what's going on.
